Partner town: Kluczbork
On April 16th, 2007 mayer of Dzierżoniów Marek Piorun and mayor of Kluczbork Jarosław Kielar signed an agreement starting official partner cooperation between Dzierżoniów and Kluczbork.
That was the first step to begin this cooperation. Both towns have one person in common - namely Jan Dzierżon – the patron of Dzierżoniów. He came from Łowkowice near Kluczbork and so most of his life he spent in Kluczbork. \
The cooperation has definitely enriched social and economical lives of both communities.
